Peace, Beautiful Souls.
My name is Arong (a.k.a. Julia). Growing up in a first-generation family, I often felt silenced. Even in therapy, I struggled to express the full weight of my trauma — not only because words felt inadequate, but also because I carried a lifetime of not being allowed to speak. I was desperately looking for an Asian American female healing arts practitioner but it was difficult.
When I discovered sound healing, everything shifted. The very first time, the emotions I had locked away for so long began to pour out of me — tears flowing freely down my face. At that moment, I knew I had found something powerful. It didn’t just heal me, it awakened me. I realized I had the power to transform and that I could change the patterns that were no longer serving me. I felt called to go even deeper. These practices have allowed me to step fully into my purpose and calling. In a world overflowing with noise and distraction, I’ve learned that what we need most is stillness. As I deepened into my healing, I began to see not only how my own life transformed, but how the people closest to me were touched as well.
I never imagined I could arrive at this place of wholeness — and that is why I now feel called to hold space for others. I believe we are living in a time where systems must be rewritten, where we are asked to rebuild what has been broken, and to do so together — in community. I envision a world where women gather in their power, healing alongside one another, uplifting one another, and in turn, healing the world.
Through these practices, we return to our voices, to our hearts, to our natural warrior essence. We learn to embrace our vulnerability, our shadows, and to honor transformation as the path of inner empowerment. I believe every woman carries within her the ability to continuously rebirth herself — to rise again, stronger, softer, and more aligned each time.
