Reconnect with Your Body, Release What No Longer Serves, and Return to Wholeness.

I offer three gentle yet powerful healing modalities to support your well-being. Reiki healing invites balance by clearing stagnant energy and nurturing your natural capacity to restore itself. Sound healing uses the vibration of instruments and voice to calm the mind, release tension, and create deep states of relaxation. Breathwork empowers you to connect with your body through intentional breathing, opening space for clarity, release, and renewal. Together, these practices create a safe and supportive journey back to wholeness.

As a creative of color, Arong is deeply committed to diversifying the healing arts industry. She champions the visibility and empowerment of minority healing artists, encouraging them not only to claim their rightful space in the room but to speak openly and unapologetically about their cultural experiences with trauma—particularly within the context of the United States. She will always be an advocate for underprivileged, underserved, and oppressed communities, ensuring that the healing arts remain a space of inclusivity, accessibility, and collective empowerment.

Healing Arts

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses vibration, frequency, and rhythm to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. The sounds travel through the air and water in your body, gently influencing your cells, tissues, and energy field. It’s based on the understanding that everything is energy—including our bodies—and that sound can influence our physical, emotional, and mental states.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key)

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Rei meaning “universal” and Ki meaning “universal life energy.” It helps to balance, restore, and unblock energy in the body, promoting physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Breathwork

Breathwork is the practice of intentionally using the breath. by forming a bridge between body and mind. It includes different techniques such as rapid energizing breaths and slow calming breaths with an option to breathe either from the nose or the mouth. Breathwork is good for mental clarity, nervous system regulation, energy flow, emotional release, physical health, and spiritual connection
